Berlin-Conference

On 14-17 July, 2010 the draft of the new Constitution of Georgia was considered on Berlin – Conference in Germany, organized by the German Technical Co-operation (GTZ). In conference, there were participating the experts from the whole world and the delegation of the Venice Commission, together with 20 members of the State Constitutional Commission of Georgia. One of those members was represented by our Law Firm’s Partner – Mr. Gia Getsadze.
The final draft of the Constitution of Georgia was considered by the Constitutional Commission, which lately was approved on the board sitting of the Constitutional Commission on 19th of July in Tbilisi. The draft is sent to the President of Georgia for presenting it before the Parliament with legislative initiative.
