Manana Kurtanidze's Case

In February 2009, Law Office Getsadze & Pateishvili prepared Legal Memorandum on issues of Privatization according to the Georgian legislation of 1994 year. Memorandum was prepared for one of its clients, Mrs. Manana Kurtanidze in order for her to present it in the Court of First Instance in Tilburg, Holland. Mrs. Manana Kurtanidze carried a statement of claim against Municipality of Tilburg in a court of First Instance in February 12, 2009. Mrs. Kurtanidze appealed against Municilapity's decision of charging her with 16.080,33 Euro, which was previously conferred to her as a social benefit. The Court made a decision in October 21, 2009, which was based on the Legal Memorandum, prepared by Law Office Getsadze & Pateishvili. According to the decision, Court satisfied the plaintiff's claim and Mrs. Manana Kurtanidze won the case.
